Beauleigh Court Care Home, part of the Sanders Senior Living Group, was proud to host a Blue Light Afternoon Tea on 6 February 2026, welcoming local emergency service workers as a heartfelt thank you for their dedication and hard work within the community.
The afternoon tea was organised by the Beauleigh Court team as a gesture of appreciation for blue light workers who regularly support residents and staff. Attendees included six nurses, three police officers, two emergency care practitioners (ECPs), and two paramedics, who joined residents and staff for refreshments and conversation in a relaxed and welcoming setting.
The event brought together residents, staff, and members of the wider community, reinforcing Beauleigh Court’s commitment to building strong relationships with the services that play such a vital role in daily life at the home. By creating opportunities to connect in a social setting, Beauleigh Court aims to ensure blue light workers feel welcomed, valued, and recognised as part of the Beauleigh Court family.
Events like this afternoon tea also provide an opportunity to formally acknowledge the incredible contribution emergency services make, not only at Beauleigh Court but across the local community as a whole.
Reece, Customer Relationship Manager at Beauleigh Court, said:
“Giving back to our local community is incredibly important to us. Blue light workers are always warmly welcomed as part of the Beauleigh Court family.”
Beauleigh Court looks forward to continuing its strong relationships with local emergency services and finding further ways to show appreciation for the essential work they do every day.
