Residents, staff and members of the local community came together at Bellerose Manor Care Home, part of the Sanders Senior Living group, for a delightful cheese and wine afternoon on Friday 21 August.
The home’s kitchen team prepared a beautiful selection of cheeses, carefully paired with a range of wines, creating the perfect setting for a relaxed afternoon of conversation and connection.
Residents enjoyed sitting together, sharing the delicious spread and catching up with friends, while members of the local community were also welcomed into Bellerose Manor. The afternoon provided an opportunity for guests to experience life at the home and learn more about the care, activities and welcoming community on offer.
As well as enjoying some delicious food and drink, the event was a wonderful opportunity for residents, staff and local visitors to socialise, make new connections and spend quality time together in a warm and relaxed environment.
Reece Lilley, Customer Relations Manager, said: “I always love seeing our residents come together for afternoons like this. It’s a great opportunity for people to sit down, have a chat and build friendships with residents they may not have spoken to before. Seeing everyone enjoying themselves and having a laugh together is what it’s all about.”
The afternoon was a lovely reflection of Bellerose Manor’s commitment to creating opportunities for residents to enjoy meaningful experiences, build relationships and remain connected with the wider local community.
