Residents and staff at Beauleigh Court Care Home, part of the Sanders Senior Living Group, came together to wear pink, learn more about breast cancer awareness and show their support for local charity Lady McAdden.
On Friday 4th September 2026, residents and staff at Beauleigh Court came together for a special day dedicated to raising awareness of breast cancer and supporting an important cause within the local community.
The home was transformed with a sea of pink as residents and team members wore pink clothing throughout the day to show their support. The event provided a wonderful opportunity for everyone to come together, learn more about breast cancer and highlight the importance of awareness.
In the afternoon, Beauleigh Court welcomed Angie from local charity Lady McAdden, who spent time with residents sharing more about the charity and the important work it carries out. Angie also provided residents with useful information surrounding breast cancer awareness, creating an engaging and informative afternoon.
To round off the day, residents enjoyed a pink-themed disco, with plenty of music, dancing and fun. The celebration brought residents, staff and members of the community together in a meaningful and enjoyable way.
