Sanders Senior Living is delighted to announce that construction is now well underway on its upcoming luxury care home in Leicester, marking another significant milestone in the organisation’s continued growth and commitment to delivering exceptional senior living environments.
Building on a long-standing and successful partnership, Sanders Senior Living is once again working closely with Greenchurch Developments on this latest project. Thanks to strong collaboration, experienced leadership and a shared commitment to quality, the development is progressing on time and on budget, despite challenging weather conditions in recent months.
The project is being delivered through close collaboration with Greenchurch Developments, including Mark Vella, Project Manager; Adam Raynor, Site Manager; and David Entwistle, Construction Director. They are working alongside Tom Sanders, Estates Director, supported by Connor Sanders for Sanders Senior Living. This collective expertise and hands-on approach have been instrumental in ensuring smooth day-to-day progress and the overall success of the build.
The development also benefits from the involvement of Barry Mullen of Connect Space Architecture, who is leading the architectural design of the new home. Barry Mullen recently received the prestigious Knight Frank Award for Best Care Home Design for another Sanders Senior Living homes, Beauleigh Court, further reinforcing the strength of the collaborative team behind this project and the commitment to outstanding design and functionality.
Sanders Senior Living values the strong partnerships and shared vision that underpin this development, which has been carefully designed to provide a modern, high-quality environment that meets the evolving needs of residents and their families.
Scheduled to open this summer, the new Leicester home will feature 82 ensuite bedrooms, thoughtfully designed communal spaces, and a warm, welcoming setting that reflects Sanders Senior Living’s core values of care, comfort and community. Upon completion, the home will become the ninth luxury care home in the company’s growing UK portfolio, with further expansion already underway through the development of three additional luxury homes.
Further updates will be shared as construction progresses toward completion.
