The Belmont Care Home, part of the Sanders Senior Living Group, showed their support for Breast Cancer Awareness by taking part in the annual ‘Wear It Pink’ Day.
The Belmont was filled with pink outfits and decorations as participants joined in a range of activities, including a group walk, attending a local bake sale, and releasing pink balloons as a thoughtful tribute to those affected by breast cancer. Each moment was a symbol of solidarity, hope, and support.
“It was wonderful to see our residents, staff, and local community unite for such an important cause,” said Blaise Osman, Customer Relations Manager at The Belmont. “Every pink ribbon, every cake, and every step we took was a sign of our shared support for those affected by breast cancer.”
The event provided a meaningful opportunity to raise awareness, encourage conversations, and honour individuals and families whose lives have been touched by breast cancer. The Belmont Care Home remains committed to supporting causes that impact residents, families, and the wider community.
