Sanders Senior Living is pleased to share a further positive update on the development of the luxury care home in Leicester, including the official confirmation of the home’s name: Bellerose Manor.
Progress on site continues to move forward, with works advancing smoothly and key construction milestones being achieved on schedule. Thanks to strong collaboration and careful project management, the development remains firmly on track for its planned summer opening.
The project is being delivered in partnership with Greenchurch Developments, whose experienced team has played an integral role in maintaining momentum on site. Close coordination between both organisations has ensured that progress continues to run efficiently, with quality and attention to detail at the forefront of every stage.
Bellerose Manor will offer 82 beautifully appointed ensuite bedrooms, alongside thoughtfully designed communal lounges, dining areas and landscaped gardens. The home has been carefully planned to provide a refined yet homely environment, combining elegant architectural design with practical features that support high-quality, person-centred care.
Architectural design continues to be led by Barry Mullen of Connect Space Architecture, whose expertise in care environments ensures that the home will deliver both aesthetic appeal and functional excellence.
With construction progressing steadily and enthusiasm building, Sanders Senior Living looks forward to sharing further updates as Bellerose Manor moves closer to completion and prepares to welcome its first residents this summer.
