Bellerose Manor Care Home, part of the Sanders Senior Living group, is celebrating the arrival of its brand-new accessible resident minibus, marking another exciting milestone as the home prepares to welcome its first residents.

The minibus was delivered yesterday, with the Bellerose Manor team gathering outside the home to celebrate its arrival. Staff members recognised the important role it will play in enhancing residents’ quality of life.

The accessible minibus will enable residents to enjoy regular outings, day trips and visits throughout the local community, helping them stay connected with the people, places and activities they love. From cafés, parks and garden centres to local attractions, community events and favourite hobbies, the minibus will provide opportunities for residents to remain active, independent and engaged.

Community outings are an important part of supporting residents’ physical health, mental wellbeing and social connections, helping to reduce isolation while creating meaningful experiences and lasting memories.
