Oktoberfest celebrations a resounding success at Eve Belle care home

Residents, staff and the community of Wickford enjoyed an afternoon of live music, German cuisine and plenty of singing and dancing, whilst they celebrated their very own Oktoberfest.

Spirits were high at Eve Belle care home in Wickford, as residents and guests dressed up in traditional German-folk dress, enjoying a brilliant performance by Gary Benjafield.

A resident's daughter commented on the event, saying 'An absolutely amazing afternoon for Oktoberfest at Eve Belle. I cannot describe how wonderful it was to see all the residents enjoying themselves, dancing, singing and having fun, it was fabulous. Well done and thank you to all the staff for their hard work, can't wait for the next event'.
