Plans approved for new care home in Worcester, The Belmont

Following the success of two exceptional care homes in 2019, we are pleased to continue expanding our portfolio, with the plans for a third home in John Comyn Drive, Worcester, approved by Worcester City Council on 23 April 2020.

The construction of the Worcester care home, The Belmont, is expected to follow a 12 month build schedule, with residents able to move into their new home in Spring/Summer 2021.

The Belmont will be a highly desirable new place to live, with a capacity for up to 77 people. Set in beautiful, manicured gardens and opposite productive allotments for the keen gardener, this splendid new care home will benefit from an array of cafes, art galleries and buildings steeped in history to visit.

Designed to be distinctly different in its class, The Belmont will offer a range of beautiful, private suites, set over three floors, and will feature a cinema, spa suite, hairdressing salon, cocktail bar, exquisite lounges, library, private dining and bistro restaurants.

Multilevel sun terraces and balconies, as well as an open air quadrangle, will provide satisfying outdoor living for residents, in addition to the ground floor suites enjoying direct access to the surrounding gardens.
