The luxury care home, Graysford Hall, opened its doors to the public for its official grand opening event, led by snooker legend, Willie Thorne.
Complete with Christmas gift market stalls, Stoneygate School children’s choir, a live band and special appearance from Santa, plus mulled wine and mince pies, the event was a tremendous success. Members of the public were able to take guided tours of the home, showcasing its large suites, library, cinema, private dining, and spa and wellbeing areas.
Willie Thorne, our special guest, was honoured to take part in the ribbon cutting ceremony and spoke about the fantastic offering at Graysford Hall, and it was a pleasure to welcome him back to Leicester on such a special day. There was also a ceremonial cake cutting, led by Graysford Hall’s very first resident, Myra, who was delighted to take part, with a little help from Home Manager, Susie Shaw.
